RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of this business, digital downloads, I do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you encounter any problem I am happy to help.

SHIPPING

Orders will be sent within 24-48 hours to your email address from the time your payment has been received.
Please ensure you do check your spam folder also.
PLEASE NOTE that all files are digital, you will not receive any PRINTED product or any products in your mail.

DOWNLOADS

Due to large file size, some of the orders are sent as zipped files. If you are unsure how to open a zipped file, here are instructions on how to do so:

Windows: 1. Download the zipped file to your desktop 2. Right-click the file, and then click Extract on the shortcut menu.
Mac: 1. Download the zipped file to your desktop 2.Double click on the zipped file

• WILL ANY PHYSICAL PRODUCT BE SENT TO MY ADDRESS?

  No, this is a DIGITAL store, only digital files will be sent to your email address- When you complete payment you will receive an email with a link to download the files-

• CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ITEM?

  Due to the digital nature of this product, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been downloaded.

• WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?

  You'll receive one or a number of digital files, all in high resolution.
  >If the item is ONLY PRINTABLE you'll receive PDF + JPG files- To print you'll need Adobe Reader which you can download from the web ( FREE to download at http://get.adobe.com/reader/ )
  >If the item includes CUT FILES you'll receive Studio3 for Basic Silhouette Software + SVG and PNG files to trace and cut in other cutting machines.

• ARE THE FILES EDITABLE?

  The designs are not editable or customizable. But you can add text to the PDF with Adobe Reader, ( FREE to download at http://get.adobe.com/reader/) For this use the "text comment" tool.

Dado que este producto es DIGITAL y con descarga instantánea, no puedo hacer devoluciones o cambios. Si encuentra algún problema estaré feliz de ayudarlo
